Customers are now able to order their electronic titles printed online through our website to pick up at all our locations. The new service launched on December 11th.

In observance of President's Day, all Tax Collector offices will be closed Monday, February 19, 2024.

All offices will be closed Monday, January 15th, 2024 for Martin Luther King, Jr Day. We will re-open Tuesday, January 16th at 8:30 AM.

Our office will be closed on the following days due to the upcoming holidays: Monday December 25th, Tuesday December 26th, and Monday January 1st.

The Duval County Tax Collector’s Office will close early at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22nd and will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th for Thanksgiving. We will re-open Monday, November 27th at 8:30 a.m.

Governor Ron DeSantis announced the Great Outdoors Initiative to encourage Floridians to go outdoors and explore Florida’s natural resources, including our award-winning state parks, vast recreation areas, and world-renowned waterways.

In observance of Veterans Day, all Tax Collector offices will be closed. All online services will be available and can be found here. (link to online payments page) We will resume normal business hours Monday, November 13th.

In observance of Labor Day, all Tax Collector offices will be closed.

All Tax Collector offices will be closed Monday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth.  We will reopen Tuesday, June 20th at 8:30am.
