How do I Join the line?
Click the following link: https://taxcollector.coj.net/About-Us/Branch-Locations The link will direct you to our branch locations page. Select an office and click “Book an Appointment or Join the Line”. The “Join the Line” option opens each weekday morning at 8:30 a.m. and will remain open until the branch reaches capacity for that day

How do I cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment, reply “C” to the text you received when you originally made the appointment.
