JEA Payments

Customers who have their bill or account number may pay their JEA bill by cash, check or money order in person at any of the nine Tax Collector branch locations. If paying by check for multiple accounts, each account must have a separate check. We cannot accept one check for payment of multiple accounts. The Tax Collector's Office is not able to take JEA deposits. Also, we are not able to take payments greater than $3,000 total.

There is no additional fee for JEA payments made at the Tax Collector’s office and payment will be credited to the customer’s JEA account within one hour.

Customers may also pay online at www.JEA.com or by phone (904) 665-6000 with a credit or debit card.
